I just finished reading Code Name Verity and OH MY GOD I THINK IT KILLED ME. It has such an intense connection that it makes with it’s readers. It is a very intense young adult novel with two female main characters; a captured prisoner of war who is being tortured for information, and her best friend who is a pilot. This book tell a harrowing story of friendship. Read it.
P.S. I just got the companion book Rose Under Fire and I’m scared to read it because I know it will get me

Book collecting is an obsession, an occupation, a disease, an addiction, a fascination, an absurdity, a fate. It is not a hobby. Those who do it must do it. Those who do not do it, think of it as a cousin of stamp collecting, a sister of the trophy cabinet, bastard of a sound bank account and a weak mind.
